Dentist Check-Up

We took the kids to the dentist on Monday.  Jace was so good and held still and opened his mouth like a big boy.  He wasn't nervous or anything.
I love that Dayton has his legs crossed.  He looks so cozy just sitting there.  Good job boys!  I am glad that you guys like going to the dentist because I sure in the heck do not!!

Great-Grandparent play date

I am so blessed to have all of my grandparents around.  We feel incrediblally blessed that our kids get to play and get to know their great-grandparents.
My kids played with my grandpa and he played right back
Thanks to grandpa my kids were plenty wore out by the time we were ready to go.

The Living Planet Aquarium

We went to Living planet aquarium this past weekend.  Here the boys are looking at the frogs
 posing on the frog
 Tiger Shark display
 The coral reef display
Dayton would not get near the sting rays but Jace was fine with it.  They were friendly little buggers.  I really do think they enjoy when people touch and pet them!
The family infront of the turtle and shark display.
They boys loved the penguin display the most!  This is due mostly to the fact that they love the movie "Mr. Poppers Penguins"   The were cute.  The kids tried to name each one.

The Last time that Jason and I were at Living Planet Aqurium was 9 months pregnant with Dayton.  We did this pose almost 5 years ago and we redid it so we could have pictures to compare.

Snap Shot

I am always trying to snap pictures of me and the boys.  Most of them lately turn out like this!  Ha ha ha my poor children!

Dayton and Jace Utah State Quarter BMX finals

Dayton and Jace had Utah State Quater BMX finals this past weekend in SLC.  Dayton was super lax and he wanted to coast throughout the whole track so he didnt qualify.  (he was competeting against 24 kids who were 5 and under through)  Jace rocked it and took first place!! He did it all on his own and he beat the other kids by a landslide.   We are so proud of our boys whether they win or loose and we are so happy that they are happy!

My Sweet Twin Baby Nieces

I sure do love having me some twin baby girl niece's!!! They are so cute and they are starting to roll.  Honour is 11 lbs and Avery is 10 lbs!!  They are 7 months old now!! They are so tiny and they have my heart wrapped around their cute little fingers!!

Dayton Redline Quater Finals 2012

This is my little buddy out in front.  He does so well when he comes off the ramp.  He is by far on the best in his age group.
This is Dayton and his new little friends that he has made at the races.  The kid with the blue jersey is Logan Johnson, the kid with the black chest protector is Dutch Peterson. (who is ranked 7th in the country)
Dayton Raced in the Rock Springs Redline Quater finals and he did it and Qualified to go to Nationals in Vegas in November!!  He took 3rd place in his class.  And he has a huge trophy to prove it !! Way to go buddy!!

Painted Tube Chassis

We finally finished up painting the tube chassis.
It looks way good from the back view
We still have a lot of work to do on the boy of the truck.  We are planning on making it a lift body.
The battery and steering setup along with the mounted bumper
A view from the front looking back.    I know these pictures don't look like much but Jason probably has almost 200 hours in on this project so far.  We project that he will have another 500 or more left on it.  Its now on rush to have it all done by May for a few practice sled pulls before the real season begins.
(the bed of the truck is now done at the paint and body shop and I will post pictures as soon as its back and its mounted to the cab)

Family Ice Skating

The boys getting their skates on
 Jason and Jace ice skating
The boys both crying at the wall that they just want to eat and go home!

Last weekend we took the boys ice skating at the Rec Center.  It was quite the chore!!  The first time me and the boys went they loved it!  Last Saturday? Not so much!!  Dayton cried almost the entire time, and Jace wanted Jason or I to hold him (which isn't allowed while on the ice or with skates on)  ((Dayton didn't feel very good and he came down with the flu that night so maybe it was just an off day for him.))  I enjoyed myself.  Jason did not enjoy the whole ice skating endeavour.  Hey at least we tried!  (:
