The Avengers!!!

All my boys dressed up together this year.  I wish I could join in on the fun, but they just don't make an avenger costume that would work for a 9 month pregnant lady!!  The kids went to a Halloween story time and trick or treating day at the library.

 At dinner time we made a witches brew to drink and shredded ham and rolls.

And here is the Avengers before they set off to go trick or treating.   It was 60 degrees and beautiful outside.  The boys didn't have to wear jackets like we normally do.   The warm weather brought about a neighborhood full of trick or treaters which is fun to have your door dinging all night long and running out of candy to hand out.   Aren't my boys good looking and quite muscular?!?!

Carving Pumpkins 2012

 The last few weeks have been crazy with life and work and preparing for a baby.  This year I had a hard time getting into the halloween spirit.  Hence we did a quick carving pumpkin night with simple knives and no patterns.  It actually worked out to be really nice and there was hardly a mess to clean up.

The boys really enjoyed the simplicity I think!   Dayton wanted a mad pumpkin and Jace wanted a happy/silly face pumpkin.

Jace's 3rd Birthday!!

 Jace turned 3!!!   He started off his birthday morning openeing up his gift from Jason and I.
