Addicted New Look

We have been wanting a new look for our pull truck for a little while now.  After the look was designed, it worked out perfectly that we could have most of it ready for the Big Piney, WY sled pull.   So we kept it super hush hush until we pulled it out of the trailer.
Here is how it looked going down the track in Big Piney.  We also took first place at this sled pull!!  It was an exciting unveiling for sure!

Lehi Round-up 2013

Jason took the day off on Friday so we could all drive together and spend the day together.  They boys enjoyed the parade this year.  It was a bit smaller than usual but still way better than the parade Rock Springs puts together.    Jace felt the constant need to pick his butt crack.  It cracks me up!  silly kid!
The boys were so exicted for the rodeo.   Jace walked like a little stud muffin on the way over there.

Rhett actually surprised us all, and went to my grandma Strong.  He actually fell asleep in her arms too! It was so cute!
Here is the boys while they watched the motorcycles do their flips and such.   They actually look like this during the entire rodeo, they LOVE it, I LOVE it, We ALL LOVE it!

Finally a Crib

At 7 1/2 months old... we finally set up Rhetts crib tonight.   We have been slow at it because Jason layed on it with Jace a year or two back and broke it.   I finally fixed it and set it up.  I am not sure how much we will actually use it.  But either way.  Rhett officially has a crib.

New cowboy gear

Did I mention that Lehi rodeo is this weekend?  Well this normally means new cowboy clothes at the Stott house.   Jace loves this time of year.   Trying to get Jace to decide on one cowboy shirt is a chore!  This time around it was just easier to buy him the clothes that he wanted rather than to put a limit on it.

Quick Sand Dune Trip

We were able to sqeeze in  a quick sand dune trip over this past weekend.   It was beautiful!  Especially in the early morning when there was zero wind.   Rhett enjoyed playing in the sand.   All of us seem to have so much fun on these spur of the moment, random trips to the dunes.

Daytons Last T-ball Game

Dayton had his last T-ball game.  Wait do you still call it t-ball if he batted with a pitcher not a t-ball stand?   Lets start that over.  Dayton had his last baseball game.   We are so proud of him.   Out of his entire team, only Dayton and 1 other child were able to hit the ball from a pitcher.  Dayton was able to do it on his second pitch.    Dayton has loved being in t-ball and we will for sure be doing it again.

Elko, Nevada Sled Pull 2013

Normally I have my mom watch my kids for the Elko sled pull.  This year she was in California so we took the kids with us.  I was scared to be alone at a sled pull with them fearing it was going to be so hard.  I was so wrong!  My kids did awesome!  The were so well behaved and they were on task the whole time.  It was the easiest sled pull I have ever been to.  Having living quarters in the trailer helped out a lot too!  Above is the boys on the drive there.

Rhett at his very first sled pull.  He hated the ear muffs so bad!
The sled pull truck ran so good for the two pulls.  The first night we had a full pull and got second place.  The second night the sled had a wrong reading so we tied.  We pulled 323 ft!!
We stayed at the hotel for the night time part because our trailer doesn't have all the plumbing done in it.  Thankfully we had a room with 2 queens otherwise I would have been sleeping on the floor.   When I woke up and saw the situation of the other bed, I was dying.  It was so funny.  You would think these boys are tired or something?!?!?!

Dayton Plays Catcher

Dayton was able to play catcher at his last game.  He loved it.  It kept him super busy and super entertained.
(The picture keeps on going extra wide and I cant get it to go to its normal size.  Dang it!  It was such a cute picture!)

Rhett at 6.5 Months Old

Rhett is starting to get so cute and chubby!  Check out these thunder thighs!
Check out this cottage cheese bum!  (It kills me!! cutest cottage cheese ever!)
Seriously check out these eyelashes?   I would kill for these lashes.  My boys have the best looking eyelashes.
Here is what the doctors computer said for Rhetts growth stats.  Height: 2.81%.  Weight: 6.02%.  Head circumference: 4.22%.    Who would have thought all of this chubbiness would rank so small on the national percentage chart!
