New Window Wells

When we bought our house, there were a few flaws on it that we knew had to be fixed right off....including changing out our window wells. It really didnt pass code so I dont know how they actually passed inspection to move on to the rest of the building. This is what we had before yesterday... It was such a mess.... every time that it rained the mud would seep in and eventually flood the basement. It was a headache. So me and Jason rented a mini excavator and and Jump"n"Jack compactor and we bought 5 new window wells that would be the correct size.... After over 16 hour of hard back breaking work (so hard that at one point it put me into contractions) one broken window and Dayton falling into one of the window wells we finally finished and here is our finished product..
Now all we have to do is fill them up with 6 to 8 inches of 1 inch gravel (and window cleaning) and we are all done!!!...YEAH!!!

Be careful Liz!!! Don't work yourself too hard!
But it looks great!:) I'll bet it will be nice not to have to worry every time it rains!

You guys busted that out in no time! What a crappy project, I bet your glad it's done. It was fun to look out the window and see Dayton driving with Jason, very cute!
