Moms Funeral

Mom had an amazing Funeral.  Before the funeral there was a viewing again.  The viewing line was so long it went outside and we actually had to turn people away because we were going to be late for the actual funeral to start.
The Service was filled full of the spirit just as mom wanted.
After the Dedication of the Grave was finished.  Paul and Alania Shepherd said a few remarks and then we let all the grand kids give Grandma one more rose.

Here is a picture of Moms 8 grandsons all together.

After the cemetery we headed to the lake shore church were lunch was served.  Lunch dragged on and we were emotionally spent after such a crazy day.  We were excited when the luncheon was over and we could do other things and put our minds to something else.   This week has marked on of the longest weeks of my life. Also one of the hardest.  I think mom was proud of us that we pulled it off and we did such a great job with all of the arrangements.   Mom will forever be in our hearts and this isn't the end.
